1. Scope of Services
LHR Logistic Solutions, LLC provides local courier and delivery services within Cuyahoga County and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to:
Same-day delivery of documents, packages, and medical supplies
Scheduled route deliveries
On-demand and emergency/rush services
Contactless and HIPAA-compliant medical transport
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
Ensure all packages are securely sealed and labeled
Notify us of any time-sensitive, fragile, or regulated items
Provide access for delivery personnel at scheduled times
Ensure legal ownership or authority to ship the contents provided
3. Prohibited Items
We do not accept for transport:
Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, corrosives, etc.)
Illegal substances or contraband
Weapons or ammunition
Items requiring refrigeration (unless arranged in advance)
4. Delivery Windows
We strive to meet estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays caused by:
Traffic, weather, or road closures
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Natural disasters or emergencies beyond our control
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods and provide invoicing for business accounts.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund. Last-minute cancellations or failed deliveries due to incorrect info may incur full charges.
7. Liability Limitations
LHR Logistic Solutions, LLC is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss or damage to improperly packaged goods
Delays caused by external or client-side factors
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or a maximum of $100 per shipment, unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
8. Medical Deliveries & HIPAA Compliance
For deliveries involving Protected Health Information (PHI), we follow HIPAA regulations. Our staff is trained in confidentiality, and all medical data is handled securely and privately.
9. Privacy
We protect all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or misuse your data.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located within Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
